Telehealth Ontario helps family caregivers in crisis: 1-866-797-0000
Ontario Caregivers OCO announced today that it is launching a 24/7 caregiver helpline. The helpline will enable caregivers to speak to a Community Resource Representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-833-416-2273 (CARE) or by live chat between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday – Friday. Whether caregivers are looking for respite care in their area, a support group, information about tax credits or more, there is now a dedicated resource just for them.
Doctor House Visits Provides Doctors who will come to your home Monday to Sunday, 9 am – 11 pm. This service is covered by OHIP as long as you have a valid health card (OHIP)

Senior Crisis Helpline
Crisis support for family and caregivers. Translation support for 110 languages. The crisis line worker will make an initial assessment of the risk and dispatch a crisis team to the senior’s home.
Loft – Crisis Outreach Service For Seniors
LOFT is one of three organizations joined together to provide crisis support services to seniors in mental health (including dementia) or addictions crisis in the City of Toronto.
