Telehealth Ontario helps family caregivers in crisis: 1-866-797-0000

Alzheimer’s Society, Toronto Free counseling to a person with dementia or their family member, friend, or caregiver in Toronto.

Toronto Senior Care
Senior home care – hourly care, up to 24 hours a day, live-in care, and overnight care in Toronto.

Senior Crisis Helpline
Crisis support for family and caregivers. Translation support for 110 languages. The crisis line worker will make an initial assessment of the risk and dispatch a crisis team to the senior’s home.

Community Seniors’ Mental Health and Addiction Services
A free service providing access to local services and supports for seniors in crisis.

Loft – Crisis Outreach Service For Seniors
LOFT is one of three organizations joined together to provide crisis support services to seniors in mental health (including dementia) or addictions crisis in the City of Toronto.
